Payment Problems? - 04-02-2008, 01:59 AM
Hi, I attempted to add money to my account yesterday (first time using this site). I clicked the "confirm payment" button, but nothing happened, so I figured I must not have clicked it the first time, and clicked it again. Nothing happened again. I keep checking but so far no money has been credited to my account. I sent a message to support but have not received a reply. I'm worried that I may be charged twice, or that something schiester is going on. Any help/reassurance would be much appreciated.
Maybe my payment just didn't go through because the screen didn't change at all after I clicked "confirm payment".

Hi marney, and welcome to the forum.

I have never had any problems with making payments to Download mp3 music, buy mp3 music – MP3fiesta.com

I hope your payment gets credited to your account ok, or that someone can help you out

Thanks. I got an email from mp3fiesta saying that my card won't work w/ their site. So do I have any other options? Their site has the best selection I have seen for the price.
