You have been a great deal of help and as you can tell i have no idea what im doing so thank you. I contacted solution and they are going to refund my account but im still having trouble downloading even after i downloaded the download manager the save target as is still greyed out.

I figured out BY MYSELF lol its the only thing that i have figured out my myself since i have been here. You guys have all been such a great help thank you.

Hi trunner490.

Open iTunes
File (top left of iTunes)
Add Folder to Library (2nd block of options)
Find the file (where you saved it to)
Click OK

Yay, here it comes into iTunes

If you want to you can then select all tracks and 'right click' to edite things like album name, artist etc. but most of the info should already be there for you.

I think you'll find that my reply offered the self same tutorial except that the pasted link did not, as I recall, offer further help via PM should the need arise

Sorry, I hadn't seen that you guys had already found a solution to this problem, because I opened the thread right after trunner490 had asked his/her question and didn't get around to post a reply until half an hour later or so
