Sounds valid to me..I have run into the same problem being from the
US sometimes it's harder for us to fund sometimes...
not neccersarily from mp3sale,but at other sites, I know of what you speak.
So the bottom line is to go where you feel wanted and appreciated and
responded to.

I also choose to go where there is responsive,caring customer service,
and of course a good catalogue.

I am happy you found a good alternative,where you are happy!!

Well, we've removed any mentionings of our support e-mail from our site long time ago (where have you seen it?)
There's a web form for user's questions on our site, where you can ask anything you want, but not by e-mail....
You've posted 1 message there - and as I said, it had an answer...
