Please Help - 02-15-2008, 05:15 AM

Ok so im new to mp3fiesta. I went and bought a lot of albums and it said i had to wait 48 hours to dowload. So i did and when i came back two days later all my songs were gone, so i went to the support and saw that it said i would have to re order the albums after 48 hours does this mean i have to purchase them again and if not where can i find all the songs i bought. If somebody could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Think you mis-understood the site instructions here.
The songs are immediately available for download within seconds of ordering them, and you find them by clicking on the 'downloads' line, where u can download straight away.
The 48 hour thing refers to the time they are available before they're wiped.
Sorry - you'll have to re-order them !
I Love MP3Fiesta - espec. since they - unlikie the over-ratted MP3Sale - allows me to enter funds - and they always reply to any queries - unlikie crappy MP3Sale !

What is a "ratted" Does it have a tail?

And what was it about poor Trunner's post concerning MP3Fiesta that triggered the rant about MP3sale

What's the next target? - Motherhood!!

Hi trunner490 and welcome to the forum

Petra is right in her post above this one that you simply misunderstood the instruction - you'll have to download all the song within 48 hours - unlike for instance SoundsBox, MP3Sale and MP3Skyline, which all offer unlimited access to the songs you've bought in the past. This means that if your hard drive goes belly up, then you can always redownload all of your purchased songs without charge. That's customer service for you, right there

You should explain MP3Fiesta support: Service - MP3fiesta.com what already told us and address your message to their site administrator called "Solution" and give him a few days to check out your information. He will be able to see, whether you actually downloaded these songs or not - and if you're being honest, I'm sure he will add the exact amount, you are now missing, to your account.

So give him a few days - and do come back and tell us how it went.

Petra, what makes your attitude so offensive towards MP3sale ?

MP3skyline archmage. Over 3 100 000 tunes - ain't it magic?
one, two - buckle my shoe, three, four - shut the door, five, six - pick up sticks, seven, eight - lay em straight

Very nice, petra.blanke....
I can see the only 1 message from you in our Support Service system of mp3sale, and it has an answer (may be not that fast, but it was answered).

Concerning your payments - I has no idea, why all of our processings declines your payments, but we can do nothing with it Sorry.

Hi trunner490.

We have heard about this problem before and the solution is to install a download manager like the Free Download Manager: Free Download Manager - absolutely free download accelerator and manager and use that to download the bought tracks.

When you get the hang of it, it is both much easier and A LOT faster to use such a download manager

Lightbulb A download manager - 02-15-2008, 04:49 PM

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by: "Is it safe?"

It's just a download manager

From WikiPedia:

Quote:
A download manager is a computer program dedicated to the task of downloading (and sometime uploading) possibly unrelated stand-alone files from (and sometime to) the Internet for storage.

The typical download manager at a minimum provides means to recover from errors without losing the work already completed, and can optionally split the file to be downloaded (or uploaded) into 2 or more segments, which are then moved in parallel, potentially making the process faster within the limits of the available bandwidth.
