Recently I found mp3fiesta site. I was very impressed with the music selection and of course with the price.
On October 04, 2007 I've registered and decided to put $19.90 to my account.
I was using Visa for payment. When I submitted the payment information, I've got a message saying that there is a problem with my credit card and that the payment can not be accepted. I thought that I mistyped some information. I have tried to pay again, but got the same respond. Couple of days latter I've noticed two transactions on my credit card statement both for $19.90, both made on October 04,
for both the charger name is LEGALZONEMUSIC.EU. However, the balance on my account is still $0.
I sent an email to the MP3fiesta Customer Service, on October 14th, yesterday I sent a privat message to Solution - no respond yet.

Have anybody experienced problem like this. Any thoughts, suggestions?

I know, that I can file a dispute for these charges with my credit card and I will, but I still want to be able to fill out the balance on my account and download some great music this site has.

Hi Murka.

Solution only honours us with his presence here every 4-5 days, so have a little patience with him. But if you end up unsuccessful adding to your balance at MP3Fiesta, I'm sure you can solve it with your credit card company and have your money back

As for LEGALZONEMUSIC.EU - its payment processor which works according to mp3fiesta

Your money weren't lost. Also we swiched off LEGALZONEMUSIC.EU for a while as it generate for us many errors. There is a good payment gateway working in processing credit cards at present.

Yesterday I refilled my MP3Fiesta balance with $39.90, but my balance is still $0.00. I received an email confirming the $39.90 was taken off my credit card. But I still cannot download music because my balance has not refilled, even though I have been charged the $39.90. How can I resolve this issue?

I got an epassporte visa and just laid 19.90 into the jaws of mp3fiesta. I hope beyond hope that it works because they have several albums I can't get on any other site. Fingers crossed. Will let you know.
