Refilling Balance Anyone??? - 07-10-2007, 08:18 PM

Just tried to add to my balance, it states they use Intabill Inc, when you click on it, select an amount, and then it takes you to an Intacard error page and thats it, I have emailed them, so we will see.

Can't refill balance - 07-11-2007, 05:41 PM

I have the same problem. I would love to try out the service, but I can't put any money in the account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately I'm having the same problem, Chris7.
That's sad, because they have many Italian albums I'd really like to download...

I have just had an email a few minutes ago from the "owner" Aleev Sergey and he states that they are "having technical problems and are working to restore as soon as possible, and will email me/all customers, when it is solved and thanks for your patience".

So as we always say on this forum, be patient and everything comes to those who wait!

This is what I sent them 2 hours ago:

Why? Both were in the reply they sent me (possibly comprising my security at some other sites. Besides, I don't see why it's necessary for dumping Intacard, and letting us go directly to Chronopay.

It looks to me as though the Credit Card payments should be up and running again very soon, another couple of days should do I reckon, hopefully.

Now E-Centru handles their payments but unfortunately I never get further than this (see attachment), when I try to add to my balance.

Exactly the same for me, but I have an email from Fiesta to say that it should be up and running very soon?

In the last couple of days it has changed from an "Intacard" error page to the E-Centru one above!

I will post as soon as I know something.
