Ripped off

I started at mp3Fiesta with $32.90. After my first two downloads (2 albums at 99 cents each) my balance is down to $27.95. Each download gave me a timeout error and when I tried to refresh the page, I apparently got charged for the album again.

I'm using up my balance and moving on. Beware!

You should write assistance..I am sure they will credit your
account.
Mp3fiesta has a excellent reputation for integrity and doing the right thing..
If they don't know about it how can they correct it..

And be patient it will take a a day or 2, but they will get back to you.

here.He doesn't come here everyday, but he will get your message.

I think it is to soon and not fair to say you've been ripped off..mistakes happen...

I'm sorry you had an unfortunate début with MP3Fiesta but as Nightfly says, you really should write MP3Fiesta support, so they can reimburse you your money. You can write them here: Service - MP3fiesta.com
