wham-toon, can we pls try this again? you paid, then a day later they credited your credit card?

could it not have been that they debited your credit card?

why would they credit you?

greets - henry
Well, it was clearly a typo I'm just uncertain if it was what you suggested whamtoon really meant to say or if he/she wanted to tell us that one day later his/her MP3Fiesta balance was credited

well, lets see when he/she comes back. so far it eludes me what it has to do, or say about
the situation at FIESTA. or close to the forum theme 'When did FIESTA raise prices?'

Male

Messages in this thread were saying they were receiving refunds or asking and Not receiving a refund.

I DID NOT ASK for a refund and received a credit on my credit card bill for the amount of the charge/deposit 49.90.

I still have/had the deposit in the Fiesta account.

Go figure?

Have a day.

Hi Whamtoon

Thank you for clearing things up a bit

I hope you understand why we weren't exactly sure what you meant in your first post on this subject Our mission was not to ridicule it - we just didn't understand if you had in fact lost money or been credited money

whamtoon, that sounds better, much better - specially for you. so they actually gave
you money back you never asked for, but it still shows as a credit in your account with
them? i think i need a PM from you how you did that. any idea what their thinking or
reasoning, if any, was?

No answer, no refund, no doubling of existing balance, no sign of "Solution" anymore, probably sums up how bad mp3fiesta are now, more than I can say.

As far as I can remember, only petra.blanke has actually received the refund from Fiesta that they asked for - do they give preferential treatment to their female customers??

Sorry to hear you have had no joy from them, Chris

Refunds @ Fiesta - 06-01-2008, 12:07 PM

Well I think its a matter of keeping the faith and keeping on. I requested a refund as I wasnt happy with the download options not the price rises(i.e no zip function/part of the beauty of aom3 and sparks was the nice way tracks downloaded) back @ the start of May. Wrote a number of times with v little reply only that I WOULD get it and I finally did @ month end, so maybe this will happen to others.

Course, now prices have gone up I am reluctant to ever return...

Great to hear that you (finally) got your refund, acidhead

Let`s hope that everyone else who has asked will get theirs too.
