I've been trying to add money to my balance on MP3Fiesta but it keeps declining my card. I get all the way to the point of entering my password to the Verified by Visa part, click submit, then it starts loading through a bunch of pages and finally ends up back at MP3Fiesta saying my card has been declined. It gives me this list of things that could be wrong:

- Only VISA and VISA Electron are accepted now My card is a Visa

- You've possibly made a mistake while entering the data Nope, tried it at least 5 times

- Your card has expired My card doesn't expire for another year

- Some banks have limitations pertaining to geographical location of the card's use I've used it on these kinds of sites before and never had any problems

- Some banks prohibit to use their cards for internet shopping I use it for shopping online all the time

- Check the limit of your credit card or if there are enough money on your debit card It has plenty on it

So my card is fine according to that list, does anyone know what the problem could be? I've already tried emailing their support, but all I got back was an email with that list that I've already seen.

Which payment processor are you put through? I can pay by Mastercard

How do you pay with mastercard? When I go to the refill balance page it says they only accept Visa cards.

Payment options vary on all those sites - based on IP-addresses and probably also on prior payments history with each individual store.

I have a PayPal option with many of these sites, for instance, which I know not many others have - except for the American PayPal users, who can download the PayPal plugin (and actually use it, which we Europeans can't, unless we have an American bank account)...

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand. I don't use paypal much, what is this paypal plugin? Do I get it from paypal.com? Once I get the plugin, how do I pay the site?

Sorry, I'm so confused... this seems so complicated. lol

i can't pay by PAYPAL (no access to plugin in France=
i only have a mastercard and i am using Prepaid Virtual VISA Cards by EntroPay for having a virtual visa
