Choral music doesn't get much of a run here so I thought I would give a plug for an album I picked up on Sparks recently. It's a 1991 digital recording called 'Russia Sings' by the fabulous Glinka Choir of Leningrad. A mix of traditional songs and liturgical works by Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov and Tchesnokov.
If you want to hear a superb basso profundo voice have a listen to the first track entitled 'Twelve Robbers' - they don't make voices like this anywhere else in the world.
Beautiful and relaxing choral music - well worth a listen.

Cheers,
