Yes I love it as well...It is my pick hit of the week..
It speaks to me..How he combines traditional Raga form
with Russian Folk themes is stiring...What a wonderful composer.

I was wrong about instant gratification.....It's the best...

I must try it again some time.

I can't believe it's a Russian chorus at times! Especially the bit about 3 minutes into the final 25 minute piece, where the chorus is basically scatting (I honestly don't know what that vocal tecnique is called) to the accompaniment of percussion, that's just amazing! Just visualizing a of military uniformed chorus hundreds men strong having a go at this. It's awesome!
