So has any one else tried the new Ting Tings album; We Started Nothing?? I got it earlier today and think it's Ok (not earth shattering), but Ok. I certainly think it is better than all the abuse and slating which it has been receiving on most of the review sites and places like last.fm. Think some bands just get too hyped and then things implode on them when they release something,

I first heard That's Not My Name in June last year and found it as annoying as hell... imagine what it's like now that it's been playing everywhere!

Anyway, a lot of much better pop deserves to do better, some good ones have gone unnoticed this year e.g. The Comas - Spells album is great, and a new one to look out for is Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip - Angles. Not really pop, but 3 Daft Monkeys too.
