Debut album absolutely kicks… - 06-23-2008, 10:56 AM

One of my reluctant pastimes (because it takes so long) is trawling through iTunes for decent new punk music. Now I can recommend a number of new acts but the one that stands out is the band with the most confrontational name. The name of the band is Boy Prostitute. Now before you roll your eyes turn up your toes or just plain try to get me banned from this site this act is one kick butt band.

Boy Prostitute's influence is the Ramones with a dash of metal. If you want Emo this band will grab you by the scruff of the neck and shout out WE'RE NOT AN EMO BAND. And they're not. In fact I'd have to say that Pennywise are a more hardcore punk outfit than is the case with Boy Prostitute. You can catch Boy Prostitute at MySpace.com - Boy Prostitute - MIAMI, HOLLYWOOD, Florida - Punk / Post Punk / Metal - www.myspace.com/boyprostitute666

I hope Millisong is reading this post because I'd really appreciate it you could get their music because they really rock!

I'll stick with the music - 06-23-2008, 03:55 PM

I'm not falling for this one so I'll just concentrate on the music. This is the finest punk band I've heard in a long, long time. They really do add quality to an overcrowded punk scene.
