Both have in common that Pete Trewawas, Marillion's bassist, is one of their members. Transatlantic is a "supergroup" with vocalist/keyboardist Neal Morse of Spock's Beard and drummer Mike Portnoy of Dream Theater.

P.S.: Now, I'm listening Live From Loreley, by Marillion (Fish years), but I still prefer the Hogarth's years
