Thumbs up Slipknot Anyone? - 08-22-2008, 09:35 AM

For all us heavy rockers, the new Slipknot is here, ready and waiting.

All Hope Is Gone (Special Edition) Slipknot mp3

Nightfly,

So I can take it from this post above that you and GM (who thanked you) are two of Megadeth's biggest fans then?

gm is feeling particularly thankful these days, I noticed. Me personally, I would NEVER thank Nightfly for listening to Megadeth, nor Mott the Hoople, but I might thank him if he brought the chocolate sauce

Hi Chris

I fear you misunderstood me. If Nightfly had said "I'd rather stab myself with a fork" I'd have thanked him for that too. It doesn't necessarily make me one of self-mutilation's biggest fans.

Mott The Hoople, however - that's another matter. Who of a certain age can listen to Saturday Gigs without a tear coming to their eye?

and Hi vikulenka

I didn't much like the Thanks buttons when they arrived, but I must admit, once you've been thanked a few times, it's jolly good for the ego

Now I try to use them instead of posting, to cut down on the amount of pointless chatter that sometimes clutters threads...

I believe GM is alluding to the bi-product of me pressing the keys on my keyboard. Another bi-product of that same activity is my Aunt Glu (whom I love dearly despite poor eye sight, hearing, and senility)
