Probably worth having a thread in itself as download managers are invaluable on those sites without their own download utility and often quite useful on some of the sites that do have their own.
Of the two I use my favourite is
DownThemAll (or simply DTA) which is a brilliant Firefox extension and a fantastically easy manager to use. Having set up the filters i.e. telling the manager that you're only interested in MP3 files you then go to the relevant page where the downloads are, right click, select DownThem All from the menu that appears, select where you want the MP3's to be saved to and then click 'start' - Brilliantly easy - I have never had a problem with DTA. If you want to try it the link is here
--> DownThemAll!
The other Download Manager which is very good
most of the time is
FlashGot which, again, is a Firefox extension, it works in much the same way as DTA but is a little harder to set up (IMHO) and, for some, reason doesn't always recognise that the files are MP3's. If you want to try FlashGot you can get it here
--> FlashGot - Best Firefox Download Manager Integration - what is it? - InformAction
Finally, seeing as they are easily confused is
FlashGet which comes highly recommended but I must admit I could never get to work

However if you want to give it a try you can get it here
--> Best Download Manager - FlashGet
Now a request I am just changing my ISP because my current one is:
a) Useless

OK I live in a semi rural area, quite a long way from the telephone exchange, but, other than between 11.00pm and 06.00am the connection is down more than it's up.
b) My ISP is one of those cosying up to the BPI so screw 'em
Anyway the one downside of my new ISP is I can only download 15gb a month -
Pathetic I hear you all cry,
however between Midnight and 8am I can download whatever I want without limit.
So, the question is "does anyone have personal experience of using a Download Manager with a schedule facility?" (i.e. I can tell it at 9.00pm to download said files at 12.01am) I don't mind paying $20 or so if it comes recommended from someone who has positive first hand experience.
Any ideas?
