I have just registered with them and sent them an email explaining my problem with Paypal, BUT if I am not issued with a English IP I think Paypal might suspend my account again, treating it as an attack on my account as before with TOR?

Unbelievably after 7 days and 4 email to and from Paypal, they now tell me that I am not the only one with this sort of problem and it could be a technical problem at their end, they will let me know in due course WANERS
