I did and that's why i'm asking, i just found MP3Fiesta , but it is not optimal. iTunes Japan is so expensive, i have to buy iTunes gift cards which cost 38$ for 3000¥. 200¥ per song, that's 38$ for 15 songs

Then you should probably sign up with one (or two) of these shops and ask their support people to add those Japanese bands and singers to their catalogue(s).
