Now I've never heard this song, but if so many people (including the late & great John Peel) rate it, I would love to get hold of a copy. I have tried several sites (AOM3, Gomusic.ru, Amazon) with no luck. Does anyone know of a site to download it from???
Also, does anyone have any links to good music review web-sites?? I have tended to use www.adriandenning.co.uk and although this is excellent, I have pretty much exhausted his recommendations. Tastes are Rock / alternative / folk.

You can get it on eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/BANG-BANG-MACHIN...QQcmdZViewItem
I'll keep on searching.

Hi solaris,
thanks for the speedy reply. I have tried e-bay a couple of times, but they always seem to shoot up in price in the last hour of bidding (usually end up at the £30 - £45 mark). Although I have stuck ~$700 in my AOM3 account since joining in August of last year, I do not think I can fork out that much for something I've never heard. I will keep my eye on the bidding though and see if it stays below £20,
Cheers,
Dave C

If you have spent $700, you must either be a MemphisMember or want to be it.
If you already are, then we could use your help getting more people in. If you're not go to this thread: http://www.aom3.org/forum/showthread.php?p=1309#post1309 and post your payment list and add the total.

Hi,
I am not a member, but I have only been using AOM3 for the past ten months and I'm guessing that is why (or atleast one reason) why I have not been invited. I will add my details to the list, but at the moment I am able to add credit (in $25 units) via the new mp3sparks site, so although I would love to be a member, my guess is there are more needy people out there (I will send you a PM about this as I do not want to appear a fool on the public site). Thanks again for the replys,
Dave C.

 Hi Dave
You're in!!
Hi AllOfMP3-support.
Please consider taking in my friend Dave Corser (which is his user name here) for MemphisMembership.
Dave Corser has spent approximately $675 since joining August 21 2006 so must be what one would call a loyal and "must be" member. Feel free to check him out regarding longevity, payments etc.
I surely recommend him.
Kind regards, RogerFrancis.

Hi Solaris,
never have found a copy, but I have not looked for quite a while.
If you are up for it, I have another challenge which I will be incredibly impressed if even you (or anyone else who wishes to try) can find. The band is ' Harmonium' and the album is ' Si on avait besoin d'une cinqiueme saison' (translated: "If we needed a fifth season'). Got this recommended to me and I can not find anywhere to download it.
Cheers,
Dave C

Hi Dave.
You didn't have to translate the title - I had French in school for 4 years
It was extremely easy to find on CD (lowest price $20.60): http://www.musicstack.com/listings.cgi?find=harmonium&t=si_on_avait_besoin_d 'une_cinqu&media=All
But came up short in the download department

Dave,
I found a free mp3 of the song Depuis L'Automne (10:25) from the above mentioned album on this link:
HARMONIUM Si On Avait Besoin D'Une Cinquième Saison reviews and MP3
It also has a review of the album.
see ya later,

Nightfly & Solaris -
10-01-2007, 12:31 AM
Thanks for both of your efforts, I am going to give the mp3 link in Nightfly's post a couple more listens before I go for the CD as the music was not really what I was expecting and I want to see if this track grows on me first (I think it probably will after just one play).
Solaris, I did not translate the title, I just cut and pasted that from somewhere else . I did not even know it was going to be in french, I just though it was a prog. rock band giving it a pretentious name (should have guessed otherwise as I knew they came from Quebec ),
Cheers,
Dave C
