I need some help!!!!

First of all my account at allofmp3 isn't working... I can't log in and I still have a credit on my account. Can anyone here point me in the correct direction to get my account looked at? I haven't logged in for some time and have about a 25.00 credit.

PLEASE HELP!!!! I NO longer have the updater program that downloads the catalog because my PC freaked out!

And sorry for the stupid question!!! is this forum even connected to

No we are not connected to Allofmp3 or Mp3sparks in anyway..we are here to help.. but Please Calm Down ,and the nice people here will be glad to help you if you are nice back to them

Thank you for the advice. I just needed to know where to go... if "Allofmp3" was going to honor their contracts with those who had credits. Their website doesn't allow you to log in with your original password.

Have you been helped? I know how frustrating it can be when something like this happens. Just relax and someone will be glad to help. Getting all worked up will not solve anything.
