I'm on the 2GB download limit for each month. I of course completely ignore this and often hit 20GB a month, but I have only once ever been charge the extra (a cost of ~20p per GB). My contract is up at the end of next month so I will try to haggle for unlimited download next time,
Cheers,

My ISP, for $60 a month (Oz$ almost equal to US$), gives me 50GB on an ADSL2+ connection. They claim average speeds of greater than 10Mbps for 70% of customers. The 50GB is broken up into 30GB peak hour and 20GB off peak. Once you exceed you limit your connection is "shaped" to 64k until the end of the billing period. Of course, if you pay more, you get more.
How does that compare with broadband cost and speed in your part of the world?
Cheers,
Squash
