I got that standardised response 18 months ago, have given up waiting. Other music stores seem more responsive.

They are only responsive to money.

I don't expect the music to be added any time soon (actually.. ever) but I think that hopefully once they kinda re-settle themselves they'll be more responsive to their customers needs

A real public library!!! Physical library with books and stuff!!!! They had the particular CD I wanted and solaris requested it for me and went to the library to pick it up in person

OK that's novel I haven't been to the library in a hundred years - even though there is one across the street from my office!
