I have noticed that as well..
That's why I will pick a artist in the Genre on Last.fm
I like, to get all similar artists in that special genre..rather than picking genre..
I find that genres are often mislabled.
Maybe if they don't know a artist they use the 30 sec sampler to determine..
lol..that certainly won't get the job done...
