Thumbs up Free Folk Music (Not Spam) - 06-04-2008, 12:31 AM

Last.fm strikes again. There is an excellent, little known folk singer call Pickering Pick who has now got seven of his albums on free download at last.fm (Pickering Pick – Listen free at Last.fm). The down side is the albums are all at 128kbps and the tagging is screwed on the track numbers, but it is free and the music is great. If you are unsure where to start, try the album 'Trafalgar' first (brilliant).
NB. DownloadThemAll works excellently on last.fm so select the album, click DownloadThemAll and it couldn't be simpler,
Cheers,
Dave C

Thanks for the heads-up Dave - being a bit of a folkie meself I'll give him a listen (not too keen on SS generally) but hey listening costs nothing.
