can't add money to my lavamus account!!!! - 08-08-2008, 05:59 PM

Hi, this is my first post . I'm having problems with lavamus.com. I payed $29.95 on the netbutpro.com website, and it shows up that I made the payment. However, the money doesn't register into the lavamus website so it shows that I have $0.00 in my balance!!!!! I have sent two e-mails to lavamus.com already, but I have received the same e-mail on both replies: Hello,
Thank you for informing us about your problem.
We'll fix it shortly and email you when it's done
Sorry about these troubles

I feel that this is like an auto-reply and that they haven't done anything about it. It's been three days since I've had this problem, and it doesn't seem to be fixed. I've also tried logging on and off, but it hasn't worked. Can anybody please help? Thanks!

Please send a pm to lavamus on this site and maybe the site Rep can
help you out.....

They are reputable and this will be worked out.

What do you mean by "good e-mail"? I registered with a fully functional e-mail, if that is what you're asking.

I have already sent two e-mails to them and they have replied with the same message. I hope it's not an auto-reply and they're working on it.

What Nightfly means --

The head of Lavamus is a member here (using the handle "Lavamus," naturally). Use the AOM3 messaging system to send him a PM (private mail). This way you know that the head of Lavamus knows about your problem, not just some underling.

Obviously you are from the site,if you are, say so and respond as a Rep.
I have noticed you have done so(posted) for all Lavamus related posts.

No need for redundancy.

I am NOT a representative for Lavamus - or any other site for that matter.

Neither you nor tomhr provided the actual PM link for Lavamus - you both just told omarace to do so (PM him, that is)...
