It might be the same issue as with Visa payment to MP3Sparks. Visa bending under the combined pressure of and possible bribes from the MAFIAA

I politely suggest that you should use Google to satisfy yourself about their validity, rather than asking a bunch of (untrustworthy) total strangers in a forum

If you do choose to proceed, it would be prudent to type the site's address into your browser rather than clicking on a link to get there.

Ha, it was just as I suspected

I wondered why you were directed to ....

because I get directed to an entirely different payment processor all the time.

Not so long ago, the option you used to pay by Visa was accompanied by a message that this option was best for Eastern European customers.

But directly above that Visa payment button, there's another button with more credit card options (but Visa is among them too)(see attachment) and there you get directed to a totally different payment processor

Hey guys! I'll tell you the truth - we have a few processings now, and visitors are randomly redirected to all of them... (only 2-3 available for each visitor)... Sorry, this is the only way we can work out now....

If you can't make a payment with all of them, available for you - contact me through PM and give me exact information which processings are available for you - I'll try to find out what can I do...
