How's this for customer service? A while ago Nightly recommended I listen to the albums of bluesman RL Burnside on the Fat Possum Label.
I managed to find a couple but the rest I couldn't trace. I requested them from two download stores but heard nothing.
Then two days ago I copied every title from the Fat Possum catalogue and requested them from Soundsbox . . . and today they arrived - all 10 of them (good bitrates as well)!!!
I'm truly amazed. That is what I call customer service and I'd recommend anyone struggling to get their requests taken seriously to contact Soundsbox.
It's a well-designed site and they deserve your custom.

Great feedback, Gaucho. They're getting my next deposit!

As I always said; Soundsbox is one of the more consistant sites with a great
esoteric catalogue and good customer service..I have always gotten my requests filled there as well at decent bit rates...

Soundsbox came good for me again by providing some difficult-to-find requests at high bitrates. I think this is the number one site for requests.

I agree with the customer service fixing problems. I downloaded some music, it wasn't correct and they immediately took care of it.
As for updating the catalogue with requests, they rarely come thru with my requests.
What drives me nuts is I'll see music i want (and request of soundsbox) on MP3Sparks but haven't had the patience for their hoops and all that slight of hand.

i hate to end with a complaint so let me restate how awesome Seva is when it comes to making mistakes right....within hours, never a worry i'll be screwed over or have to fight. . . . in that regard their customer service is tops.
