1. Your server is located in Moscow, you have Russian (ROMS) license but in a previous thread you said you are from Venezuela.
2. Why is your site isn't available from russian IPs?

sure...

1. Venezuela, this is just a joke because those guys there dont give a damn about US laws... So you know you dont have to be in/from russia to get license nor you have to be a company...

2. Long story..., just a business decision that will simplify lot of things for us, our business and server use... Some of the things I do not want and cant discuss as they go too deep into everythign, sorry

Well, you can't get ROMS license for a non-russian company or private entrepreneur. So...

Anyway, concerning russian IPs - I have checked your site from US proxy, so at least I saw it... Good work, so good luck to you...

About licenses, come on we are talking about russia here...knowing right people and having money you can do probably everything...
