Hi there

I have been using AllOfMP3/MP3Sparks/Alltunes for years without a problem.
I recently started using MP3 fiesta and Soundsbox. I have a friend who used the same services and wanted to know where to turn after the stopping of payment to AOMP3/MP3Sparks.

I suggested the same ones I have been using myself.
Sadly her experience with Soundsbox was not a good one.
After successfully making a transaction she found two days later that her credit card had been cancelled due to fraudulent activity. The bank told her that the payment to Soundsbox was in fact a Croatian Jewellers called Juicty (or something like that).
She now has to cut her card up and get a new card.
Would someone like to comment on this? I don't like the idea of being part of some money laundering scam.

Same here... No problems.

I personally didn't have a problem. However the fact remains that Barclays bank considered this to be a fraudulent transaction and cancelled the card. The fact that the transaction to Soundsbox was in fact traced to a Croatian Jewellery store sounds extremely dodgy.
Unless someone can explain any of this, myself and my friend will have to avoid Soundsbox for this reason.
Also I shall have to refrain from recommending it to other friends.
I have no problem with the site itself otherwise.

Blade, when your friend clicked on Process Payment, did she remember to click on the Not To Be Used For Fraudulent Purposes box? That could be the problem...

Sorry but you wont find anyone here that had problems with soundsbox when it comes to payment, how we process cards is not anyones concerns as long as your credit card information is secured as safe, you paid and you got credit on your account...end of story.
