I recently opened an account at
Soundsbox. The first album I purchased did not download correctly and I got the following error message:

Security check 2 failed.ERROR: Song download failed. Security check 2 failed.ERROR: Song download failed. Security check 2 failed.ERROR: Song download failed. Security check 2 failed.User closed program."
I have been communicating with assistance and tried all of the suggestions offered without success. I have even tried to DL on another PC connected to a different ISP account with the same problem occuring. I have purchased a second album and struck the same problem with that.
Assistance is now saying they have run out of ideas and are offering a refund. However I would rather get the problem fixed and wonder if anyone here might have any suggestions.
I have never had any DL problems with the Alltunes,
eMusic or Flashget downloaders.
