Downloader Problems

Just joined Soundsbox.com after reading this thread.

Very unimpressed. Bought my first download (Quo - If You Can't Stand The Heat) and half of the downloaded tracks have half the tracks missing. Tried again with the same result! What is all this about?

Any help from Soundsbox.com much apreciated.

Afton, Have you tried Soundsbox assistance? They are probably the most responsive out of all the services. Go on, give it a go

I have just asked Seva to look into it.

Thanks for that. Yes, I have already sent them a message using "Assistance". Looks like I picked a bad first choice, as the quality is not good either. Certainly not as good as MP3Sparks and MP3Fiesta.

Hopefully they will solve this problem and I will be able to be more positive about them! (Don't like moaning anyway)!

Yeah, I saw that the tracks were all 128 kbps and wondered why you bothered downloading them in the first place

Had an e-mail from Sounsbox.com saying it was sorted. Actually, no tracks on this album will now download. The following error message is being received:

Tried a Phil Collins album and that downloaded fine - so no problems at my end!

Just to close this thread, Soundsbox.Com recredited my money for this album and I re-purchased it (for the same amount) but at a higher quality and this time it downloaded fine - as did 2 other ones that I have bought from Soundsbox.Com. Thank you everyone for your kind assistance!

on another matter, the Soundsbox.Com Download Manager 2.1.2 is really slow (like an hour plus per album). Can you not download Soundsbox.Com tracks using FlashGet???
