I bought an album and went to download it yesterday. The files all download but are zero K in size and have no content.
I wrote to the help desk, they wrote back this was my ISP and not their fault.

but when i download any other album i have purchased it comes thru just fine.

Does anyone have any idea how this is the ISP or what i could do to solve this problem?

I doubt it was your Isp...Just try to download the file again...
Since you can do every thing else everywhere else.

thank you for confirming i'm not missing the obvious here.

Yes, I will email Seva. I figured i would ask the general pop first since 9 out of 10 times problems can be solved here without wasting his time.
I figure the less time Seva spends dealing with problems, the more time he has to upload music.


Addendum: Seva got back ASAP and solved the problem.
