Let me start by saying (like I already did in my previous post), I just knew that it couldn't be seva himself treating his customers this way. I'm confident that he would have tackled it quite differently had he dealt with this case himself.

It is VERY rare that I wholeheartedly disagree with my fellow "backbone" forum members - but this is one of the few occasions

Maybe it's because English isn't my first language - but I didn't find the letter from xanado the least threatening

But even if I had done so, I would have asked what the problem was in the nicest possible way - instead of writing "FCUK YOU" as the first two words of reply

I understand (at least I think I do) the stress it must be for you store owners to protect your payment processing options - but come on, give the customer a chance to explain himself before you call him names or swear at him

I think xanado handled this reply from your customer service in a very mature way: Posting it in the forum, expressing his disappointment and left it at that. He didn't start calling your shop or your employees ugly names.

I'm aware that you didn't give this reply yourself, seva, but you hired the guy who did

I (for one) didn't find this the least bit funny and I still think you should apologise to the guy This was way below what I have come to expect from you and your otherwise excellent store

Thats life Solaris, we will have to agree to disagree.

Although in my defence I will say I have a wicked sense of humour, and I am an Eastender (London's East End that is) .

P.S. A few others thought it was funny as well.

First off....$20 is not my life savings, I'm not sure that was the issue. If everyone here that thinks it's no big deal and that it's hilarious wants to paypal me $20, PM me and I'll give you my paypal address. I'll post everyone's name who actually does it, that way you can stand behind your opinion.

In response to "First:
Let me start by saying (like I already did in my previous post), I just knew that it couldn't be seva himself treating his customers this way. I'm confident that he would have tackled it quite differently had he dealt with this case himself."

After reading his (or her) response "F*** it, I cant be nice and serious with this any more", I somehow don't see the remorse for the way it was handled. But oh well, all I wanted was a simple refund due to my wife's mistake.

I'm content that everyone thinks this situation is hilariously funny, as long as everyone is aware of the people their dealing with.

My actions were carried out with no ill intent and I can't fathom how after explaining (in this post) that no harm was meant that "seva" still responds in the same manner.

Cheers!
