[Help!] Music Won't Play After Download?

For some reason, I've downloaded about 30 songs and none of them
will play... :S
The files are mp3 and I've tried to change them to m4a's but that doesn't do anything. They won't play in quicktime or windows media player either...

I also contacted them and they told me to turn of any firewall's + don't use any proxies, I then followed those instructions, but still none of it worked.

Looking closer at the songs I noticed they were all 1.66 KB and told them, but they just told me to try again... still no luck after about a week...

I've tried importing, dragging, playing, but none of it works...

Any help much appreciated!! -- Thank you!

Welcome to the forum...I have no idea what the problem might be..Do other downloads work?

But if you PM Seva the Soundsbox Rep and maybe he will respond to your question.
He doesn't come around as much as he used to, but it is worth a try.

Yeah they do, - I've already bought about 20 downloads- of which has about 20-30 songs each.

It's just this download that seems to been the problem..

Thanks for you help anyway, and I'll PM Seva right away.

Well I hope that works out, because I have known Soundsbox to have
excellent customer service from past experience.
