Hi, just thought I would share my experience and see if anybody else had trouble with adding credit to Soundsbox?
Yesterday I tried to credit $50 after setting up an account with Soundsbox. Went to the add payment screen and followed through the fields using my mastercard. Like the note it said to prevent fraud all transactions are checked by staff and that it may take up to 12 hours.
Got no payment and the assistance from soundsbox said that it was not accepted and they had no idea why!

It's such a bummer can't get onto mp3sparks for credit and can't on soundsbox. I have successfully used to date gomusic.ru, mp3fiesta, millisong, mp3sugar, mp3stor and musicmp3.ru. It's a shame as between all the sites I've been able to download lots of music I've wanted but been reluctant to pay Amazon, itunes, ebay or MOS direct prices etc.

In essence my questions are;-

1) Anyone else not been able to use Mastercard to credit soundsbox? I know there has been issues with MM.

2) anyone else know which other sites are best for up to date MOS/Club music? Yes I have checked the rutunes site links and soundsbox/mp3sparks are the best for selections

I signed up for mp3Sale yesterday, and my mastercard was rejected as well.

Check out the dance section for mclub using the link Style Club Dance - Media Club - (MP3, Photo, Lyrics, Covers) I belive thay also accept MC and Paypal if you are a verified user. Theay also give a handy 20% bonus for cc payments.

I just looked at the MOS selection on mclub, I'm no expert, but it looks fairly comprehensive

Mastercard is not an issue over here, your credit card particularly is. It may happen that you entered some of the numbers wrong. This rejection is not due to processing, it's your card or your balance or what you have entered into card number fields.

Thanks for update! I have just tired and it is pending your site check as per the note regarding fraud. All appears to be in order and perhaps I must of keyed a number or not put telephone number in I don't know!!
Anyway looking forward to use of the site.

Hi Richard3552,

If you are a member of MM there is now a new option to top up your account. The thead giving instructions is at: Allofmp3 Community Forums / AllOfMP3/MP3Sparks Discussion / Funding Your AllOfMP3/Mp3Sparks Account / MM Payment Options.

But make sure you read the instructions in the thread carefully - particularly in recording or printing out your coupon code before progressing. A few days ago I successfully topped up my account (and paid off my club credit) as have a number of other community members. However my 20% discount did not come through and I haven't followed it up yet - just happy to download some new releases.

Unfortunately this option is not yet available on MP3Sparks.
