Is there another problem today? I can't download anything, it just hangs when retrieving order from the server?

New customer here. Love the look of Soundsbox, easy of use and all that!
However, the downloader is messing up the filenames:

I am using linux, and it seems the downloader wants to use "\" to separate folders (like windows does), but in linux it should be "/".

I get files called "Group - Album\Group - 01 song.mp3", when it should instead be creating a folder called "Group - Album", then saving "Group - 01 song.mp3" inside that folder.

Am I making any sense? I guess it should be as simple as detecting the OS, and using slash (/) instead of backslash (\). But nothing is ever simple, I know

btw: I am using SoundsBox.v3.1.1

Hi brenin and welcome to the forum

The above made perfectly sense to me - and since this was the case, it is a thing of certainty that seva will be able to understand it too

So stay tuned for the 'one man rescue team', seva
