Problems logging in - 07-10-2008, 12:57 PM
Is anyone else having problems logging in at the moment? I was able to successfully log in this morning and was able to downloaded some music perfectly fine but now I'm constantly getting a bad username/password combination message even after having gone through the lost password reset procedure

dont use password reset, contact us instead...

Thing is that people misstype their e-mail and reseted password wont help you as username is wrong

Cant log in - 07-12-2008, 03:38 AM
I have had me and a friend of mine and neither one of us can log in. and I tried to do the lost user name password, page but i cant get through with that is says none found. Please help I use (E-mail removed to protect the innocent)

Suggest you PM Soundsbox rep Seva instead. Specifying your email in the open is never a good idea, as it invites spam. Edit your post to remove the email...

Yes I will PM Seva, as I cannot login either.

I get: "Error occured while loging into your account. Please contact the webmaster."


And when I try to contact the webmaster the site says: "Your message could not be sent."
