As I wrote before, when I try to login, using IE, the server doesn't recognize my password.

Seva,
I checked IE on other music sites, and it works just fine. I can enter these sites on either environment, explorer or Firefox. It seems that the Soundsbox site could have some corrupted code which is preventing IE to function properly.

your system is screwed up somehow, update your flash plug in, change firewall settings, update software...

if we have some "corrupted" code no one would be able to use the site not just you. If I have few 1000's people downloading and listening to samples every day and then one out of those 1000's says site doesn't work...we'll I don't this it's an issue on our side. Sorry but your system settings are wrong in some way and I really cant know what is setup wrong.

Thanks to solaris and nightfly for trying to help with this issue

Seva,
my systems is not screwed up. As I stated before IE works in all sites environments that I have access to. Obviously Soundsbox site functionality is not up to par with other mp3 sites that I purchase my music from.
Also, it was stated on previous emails, received from members of your staff, that they were aware of sampling tracks disruptions.
Finally, don't blame, the customer, for your poor site design and lack of functionality.

you said you don't have any problems loging in with firefox and that issue is sampling files. If I was you I would preview files with IE (you don't have to login to do that) and order with firefox. But still what you're saying doesnt make any sense. Login is login no matter in what browser. disable firewall or update your plugins in explorer.

This is a waste of time. It's obvious that you wont make a sincere effort improve your site functionality, and I wont refill my balance. Good luck in your future endeavors.
