there is no problem, I'm trying to point this out. Once among 1000's you'll always have someone with strange computer settings or whatever. It will sound rude but I really don't plan to play detective or waste time of my stuff on someone else's issues. There are other sites and those few people have other choice.

You know what is the problem? That you are in denial by refusing to recognize that I, the customer, maybe right. I still have an outstanding balance in your site. Could I get my money back?

I don't see any reason why we wouldn't refund you your money, it is obvious that you cant use the site.

in Public...you can PM a member who happens to be a site Representative or write the sites assistance...
