Soundsbox service is GREAT - 01-13-2008, 08:53 PM

I,ve been with allofmp3/mp3sparks for quite some time now.In all that time,none of my requests have been fulfilled.

Jumped on board with Soundsbox,hasn't even been 4 days yet and already two of my requests have been fulfilled.
Way to go Soundsbox.
Have I finally found the site where requests are taken seriously?
Is this the site that is capable of getting what you ask for?
I sure hope so,I don't need the same files I already have.

Glad you found out what many of us knew already.
Soundsbox has excellent customer service and a nice catalogue.

I wish I could say the saME THING...i haven't been able to get tech support to respond to me...I am having problems logging in...any idea what the poroblem may be?

simple, you entered wrong e-mail address when you registered!

And you're not first one, people dont enter their e-mails carefully and then they mistype it and look surprised why they cant log in!

Also stupid anti spam software (bad one) dont deliver mail when they should...

After following these threads about Soundsbox I have opened an account with them. I was a little concerned about the amount of personal info required (including phone number) and would have chickened out if it wasn't for the glowing reports that you guys have been giving them.
The downloaded is a bit new but the instructions were fine and it worked just fine.
It has taken a lot for me to move from MM/alltunes but the hassle of adding funds proved too much in the end.

Good for you for taking a pro-active choice and stance to enjoying
your music again.I think you have made a good choice and I
hope that have a great time just enjoying the fun of
downloading tunes again .........
