Hi Ashleyj

I wonder what is generating that "Access Denied" message? Do you have some kind of 'family filter' at your ISP that might be upset by "crutchfield"?

Nah, that extra hour was entirely taken up with going round the house resetting all the clocks

Oh damn! That reminds me I haven't finished doing mine yet!

And as for a family filter, not that I am aware of.

I guess Akamai hates just you What have you been doing to them? I tried to replicate your problem using Tor but failed, so I guess if you have Tor installed it should work for you.

Tor is appallingly slow these days, thanks to all the scumbags using it for music/movie downloading

I forgot about Tor.

I stopped using it quite a while ago when the CC option at Sparks ceased after that there did not seem a need for it.

But I would be surprised that it is a locality problem as Dave seems to be able to get there OK.

I think I will give up on it and put it down to the gremlins in the system.

Hello Ashley,

I am really sorry for all the Crutchfield.com disaster. I thought the store had an odd name, but I overlooked it when I read the article about Bluetooth accessories. Then, maybe instead of being helpful, caused more trouble than it was worth. When I saw Gluteus Maximus' post about a browser filter becoming upset by "crutchfield" and Dave C's description of Bill Crutchfield... I thought to myself: "What an embarrassment.... Now, people are getting stuck, unable to access a web page named 'cruchfield'... I shouldn't have overlooked... now I need to rush to clarify... and do a product search... and hope it makes it better".
I originally intended that the article with the searching tool would at least point you in the right direction showing you, at least, what is out there. And, perhaps, show you an accessory that would keep you from having to spend a chunk of change in upgrading your system.

Thank you for your patience Ashley

GHERDEZ
