Only time will tell...

Personally, I have gone back to Sparks from Fiesta after being very disappointed by their price increase, lack of customer service and some poor bit-rates.

Same here Starcat, this txtnation/cmpass up and running has been a blessing, just coming at the right time.
I bet some of these other Russian sites cannot believe their bad luck with sparks/MM rising up once more.

Not to say anything about Fiesta in particular as I've never used them,but the price increase would not bother me anywhere near as much as poor customer service.
I would leave instantly if I encountered poor bit rates,especially if I bought a large file(128kbps hiding in a 320kbps package)that sounded awful.
I have no time for that.

I have always bought .ogg files from allofmp3/sparks,and never once did they give me something other than what I paid for.
And if they can't give you 320,they tell you it's not available.They don't just re-encode at a higher bitrate.
I have always appreciated their honesty.
