RIAA named in first class action

p2pnet news | RIAA News:- In cases which should by rights have been initiated by the Bush government on behalf of innocent families across America, falsely attacked by Warner Music, EMI, Vivendi Universal and Sony BMG, RIAA victims Tanya Andersen and Michelle Santangelo are determined to make the Big 4, as well as companies involved in the sue ‘em all morass, pay, literally and figuratively, for the distress they’ve caused and are still causing.

Thanks ..great articles that really hit home...hope she sues theses bullies
for many,many millions because it seems the only thing they care about is money..certainly not the people who have made them rich...This is why we are all here, we have had enough of this kind of behavior and being treated like second class citizens...and our crime..wanting to buy DRM free music
at a fair price for all..

AOM3 Legal Defense fund!! - 08-24-2007, 05:31 AM

Not sure if anyone else has thought of this, but what if the members of AOM3 set up a fund that we contribute to, for legal causes that support the interests of AOM3 community. I bet Tanya Anderson could use any financial support the AOM3 community could provide.

Hey, let's use a little of our financial clout to pursue our "political objectives"

What do you think? Crazy idea??
