downloads don't start, are marked "Files not encoded yet" -

I bought a couple of dozen tunes yesterday, and in the past 12hrs, about 2/3 failed to download.
In the downloads screen, they have a little clock face, and mousing over it shows "Files not encoded yet". This is on a Windows 7 machine, running AllTunes 0.11.39.206 Thanks for any advice... |
