[Help!] Error when trying to run Alltunes

I have had alltunes on my computer since it started several years ago. My harddrive recently died so I got a new one and installed alltunes. When I try to run it, all that pops up is a box that says system error. Code 21. the device is not ready.

Any ideas what's going wrong here? I am running XP profressional. I'd like to be able to get back into alltunes as I have almost $20 credit still in there.

Your money will still be on Sparks if you sign on,but I think that you should
go to the Alltunes site and re-download the Alltunes program again...
