when you click "buy" you can see the price of the song(s), so i think it will be difficult to have your money back
have you asked mp3sparks assistance

Hi Zulkiflim.

If you place an album in your basket at MP3Sparks and decide not to download it anyway - then your balance remains the same as it was before you even placed the album in the basket.

I'm not sure how this works in allTunes

Heya

i did not see the by button..

I performed a search for a song but unluckily, thinking that i am only buying the song,i actually bought the whole album.

And there is no pop if you click buy from the search funtion..at least i dont think so or forgot about it.

I realised my mistake too late after alltunes has started to download 3 songs out of 9..

Now that you have cancelled the downloads, you will still have the opportunity to download the whole album. But my guess is that you went ahead and removed all the files from allTunes - am I right?

Hi Zulkiflim.

To be quite honest, I'm pretty sure they won't

I thought you were only charged for completed downloads.

If you delete a file from the cue before it has a chance to download, you shouldn't be charged for it.

I too am pretty sure the debit to your balance only happens after the track has been downloaded.
I have changed my mind several times after adding tracks and deleted them before they began downloading without any charge.

Yes, the balance is lowered only after the track is completly downloaded. maybe you should use the show tray message and/or play sound message for the File download complete options.
