I don't remember Click&Buy having the same verification method, but I really miss the service!!!

Awesome. I just need to get a hold of a cell phone.

And, will I then need to verify the small charge on my credit card to make my account active?

Yes, moneybookers charges a small amount to your card, you verify that amount and they apply it back into your moneybooker account. But you might want to wait, the moneybookers to cmpass method seems to be down at the moment.

Yes, using Moneybookers on CMpass/TxtNation is currently unavailable, but for United States users, BEWARE:
When Moneybookers charged the small (test) amount to my Credit Card, my Credit Card company dinged me a $20 "cash withdrawal" fee. Then, when I funded a full $100 into my Moneybookers account, my Credit Card company dinged me ANOTHER $20 fee. So, I've now spent roughly $142 to get $100 into my Moneybookers account. Currently, it's useless, but we'll see what transpires with phobozad's pincodes or TxtNation.

This is a VERY important point for members to be aware of. That's one heck of a surcharge!

Thank you, Wotan, for alerting our US members to this hefty charge when using Moneybookers.
Not good

May depend on who your card issuer is also (visa/mc/etc...) and also if it's sponsored by a bank or other institution. I'm currently in the US and had no additional charges to my card when I loaded moneybookers....

Definitely may be something to check before topping up again though if that option ever returns.
