Payments from the US - 06-17-2008, 04:44 AM
Does anyone know what payments are accepted by all tunes? I have used x-rost in the past but that doesn't work anymore. And they don't take Visa or Mastercard........ Any ideas???????????????

As far as I know cmpass.com seems to be the most reliable website for topping-up. I've used it once and it was very quick and fairly easy. The simplified steps I took were:

Sign up with cmpass.com
Use paypal to pay txtNation for $10 (can be done multiple times)
Get pin code and claim code
Insert into allTunes

For a more detailed and specific set of steps feel free to follow vikulenka's post above

The above link just redirects to the AOM3 front page.. and I don't see an actual PayPal option when using the txtNation payment. Under debit/credit cards..only Moneybookers or LUUP comes up as an option. Is method maybe not usable in the US and only UK, etc? Thx for any help...

I tried CMpass.com and txtnation, but the paypal option does not come up...asks for another payment option to be selected. Any idea what the problem may be or what I may be doing wrong?

Hi schmooster and Fadilles

Unfortunately the Paypal option at txtNation is no longer available, and there is no news as yet if it will be restored.
Your payment options at the moment are through Moneybookers or premium SMS to txtNation.
Good luck with funding your accounts, and any more help or info required, please post.

How exactly does Moneybookers works for someone that is in the States?

It would be extremely helpful to have step by step instruction to use Moneybookers.
