Thanks Keith, I am going to try to set up the "system player", because it is sometimes useful to go to different places in a song.

What I meant about my alltunes folder, I think I mis-stated what I meant.

I mean in alltunes itself, I click the "downloads" tab to see what I've downloaded, because sometimes I'm absent minded and forget I have already downloaded something. If it is in an artist folders labelled "various", as some are, it can be difficult to find. So sometimes I like to just double check to make sure I didn't DL it already!

Anyway I'll try system player, I imagine it will ask if I want to use WMP or something like that?

Found the setting box you sugggested Keith, I'll see what the default player is, I'm guessing WMedia Player.

I have two different accounts, one at home and one at work.

My home account I can preview and purchase just fine, but my work account will preview but I get the "temporarily disabled" message.

Versions are both 1.0.41.211, XP at home, W7 at work.

Very frustrating.

monkeygrudge I deleted your post .....we do not allow zipped files to be attached we have no idea what can be in there....you musst cut and paste any info and if you wait the preview will just come back on there own.It's not the end of the world.

Kay. I know it doesn't matter that my files were clean and legit, at some point someone will post stuff that isn't. So no hard feelings.

I was going to amend that post anyhoo. It seems the next preview I tried gave the same error, so a fix isn't as easy as I thought...

Just describe your problem as clearly as possible and maybe somebody with similar problem can help.I am not a Sparks or Alltunes user anymore.

I am still using the older "AllTunes Ver 0.11.39.206" on W7 and XP, and not having any problems I know of.
Is anyone else using the "older" version like me and having problems, or is it just confined to the people who have updated to the latest version of AllTunes???

Downloaded some new songs from alltunes just a week or so ago, but two that I set up last night, turns out they are "stuck", they show up on my purchased list but haven't yet downloaded.

I'm going to just wait this out as usual, presuming there is a technical glitch somewhere.

OK guess I ought to find a more appropriate thread in which to post this, just this was the place I posted my last few regarding a glitch with previewing.

On that subject, I found I can preview now, but only by opening the preview box, clicking the song I want to get it in the box, and then double clicking the song inside the box with the preview list.

Spotify does a nice job of letting you hear the whole album in better quality and thats what I use.The previews on Sparks sound terrible.

I understand you want to listen before you buy and it's convenient,but you can have a Sparks session and a spotify session opened smallified.

This is a good work around when the preview ate not working or down.
