Wrong track in the album. - 07-25-2007, 11:12 AM

Hello everybody, I want to signal my problem with Alltunes.
I've dowloaded the entire cd of Stevie Wonder "Fulfillingness' First Finale (1974)". The surprise when hearing the cd on my phone the 6th track instead "You Haven't Done Nothin'" it was another artists and another sound (Rap). So I download the single track thinking a mistake or some traffic problem. The same result: the track has the right tags album, number of track, Title... but really this is not Stevie.
I try with the help button in the program to contact AllTunes Staff but the message don't remain... very strange because a precedent message for payment questions it' still there with the reply.
What do you suggest ?

PS: in preview I hear the right track !!!!

Log into MP3Sparks, go to the Assistance section and leave your message there.

Please note that when you press the Post Message button, the message will appear right under the button and will no longer be shown in the message box.

Hi Velvet Love

1) If yoo want to log in sparks with your allofmp3 userID, take a look at this sticky: http://www.aom3.org/forum/allofmp3-g...oblems-36.html, and ask Frunze & Shadman for repporting your situation to assistance. Then you'll be able to report assistance the problem with this song. Please, follow the instructions they post in the sticky.

2) If you don't want to wait until assistance allows you to access through sparks and then repport the problem with the song, and you don't mind spend again your money in this song, try to download again with a different bitrate, because the preview is the right song, so maybe it's a problem with the link to the file you want yo download.

Anyway, I recommend you to ask for restoring your userID in sparks.

No prob. I added your name to the list in the thread. Check back by the end of the day, or tomorrow at the latest - and remember, for $3 you can still buy enough music today that it would take you more time to listen to it than, hopefully, for Assistance to fix your issues.
